Our Caddie Master role is an important leadership position for our team, where leading by example, setting high standards and promoting a work environment that doesn't settle for anything less than producing exceptional results is paramount.

In this role, we will look at you to provide hands-on leadership of the Caddie program, where your passion for igniting change, evolving service standards and creating solid engagement across the team is a daily requirement. You will be the primary Member contact for all Caddie requests, ensuring reservations are handled professionally and efficiently, with details communicated to relevant parties in a proactive, detailed and systematic manner. It is critical that your communication style is transparent, in the moment and genuine. We'll also look to your critical thinking skills to evaluate current processes, standards and protocols, and where gaps exist, take action that effectively supports the operations and evolves our exceptional service approach.

There are operational duties that you will be responsible for overseeing such as creating Caddie schedules, re-engineering the check-in/check-out process, implementing a rigorous hiring and training program, and redesigning department standards as needed. You will also be called upon to assist with tournaments and special event support where Caddie staff are required and communicating real-time resource and availability updates to the Golf team. Setting a personal example of being a professional and thoughtful leader while establishing a course of action to effectively manage the Caddie program will be what ultimately defines success in this role.

Experience Required

• Previous Caddie Master and/or significant golf operations management knowledge, along with tangible experience leading a high performing team
• Advanced knowledge of the game of golf, rules, etiquette and pace of play
• Private member/club experience required
• Advanced working knowledge of JONAS POS/Tee Sheet highly desired
